Abstract

ABSTRACT The thesis entitled "Marketing Strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Processed Fish Products in Gondosuli Village, Tulungagung Regency", was written by Adhita Nidyastiti N., NIM. 17402163007, Department of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN SATU Tulungagung, supervised by Moh. Rois Abin, M.Pd.I The problem faced by MSME products is determining the right marketing strategy to deal with business developments and competition. Because the developments that have taken place also require that MSME ''Pak Gondo'' also carry out a marketing strategy in carrying out their business. The focus of the research in this study is 1) How is the marketing strategy carried out to expand the marketing network for MSME products in Gondosuli Village, Tulungagung Regency? 2) What are the products produced from processed fish in MSMEs in Gondosuli Village, Tulungagung Regency? 3) How is the development of MSME activities by implementing a digital marketing strategy in Gondosuli Tulungagung Village? This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research. Informants in this study include MSME owners "Pak Gondo", employees, and consumers. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and summaries. While the data analysis technique uses triangulation. The results of this study are 1) The marketing strategy carried out by UMKM Pak Gondo is a promotion strategy and prioritizing product quality by implementing target markets so that the product is needed, demand has even reached abroad, namely the country of Qatar thanks to the halal certificate from the Indonesian Ulema Council. 2) Processed Fish Products. Processed fish products at Pak Gondo's MSME are produced into shredded and chili sauce. So that processed fish products have good quality and are safe for public consumption. 3) Development of MSME Fish Processing in Gondosuli Tulungagung Village is experiencing quite good development, with emphasis on delicious taste and practical packaging to carry, so that the range of export commodities and by utilizing digital markets by utilizing social media.
