Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul “Pengaruh Harga, Keragaman Produk dan Labelisasi Halal Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung” ini ditulis oleh Lukman Sukron Hasim NIM. 1742143149 dan pembimbing Jusuf Bachtiar, SS.,M.Pd. Dengan bertambahnya toko klontong dan minimarket di daerah Tawangsari Tulungagung menyebabkan persaingan peritelan semakin ketat. Pemilik minimarket perlu berusaha untuk mempertahankan pelanggan agar tidak beralih ketempat lain. Begitu pula peningkatan jumlah produksi makanan di Indonesia selalu bertambah seiring dengan permintaan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Bagi umat muslim, konsumsi makanan halal adalah suatu hal yang tidak dapat ditoleransi ketentuannya, dengan begitu maka dibutuhkan institusi dari pemerintah yang dapat mengayomi warga negara khususnya umat muslim dari produk-produk yang tidak halal. Di Indonesia terdapat Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan, Obat-Obatan dan Kosmetika Majelis Ulama Indonesia (LPPOM-MUI) yang didirikan demi menjamin kualitas halal suatu produk makanan di Indonesia. Maka apabila lembaga ini telah memberikan jaminan dalam bentuk label halal MUI, maka dapat dipastikan makanan tersebut terbebas dari zat-zat yang haram dan dilarang oleh agama Islam Diantara yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam membeli adalah harga yang terjangkau, tersedianya beraneka macam produk yang berkualitas serta adanya label halal pada produk. Banyak di jumpainya gerai ritel di sekitar Tawangsari Tulungagung inilah yang mendorong peneliti mengangkat judul “Pengaruh Harga, Keragaman Produk dan Labelisasi Halal Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen di minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling incidental sebanyak 100 konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, teknik analisa yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel harga menunjukkan nilai Thitung > Ttabel (3,376 > 1.985) dan sig < α (0.001 < 0.05), variabel keragaman produk menunjukkan nilai Thitung > Ttabel (7.007 > 1.985) dan sig < α (0.000 < 0.05), variabel labelisasi halal menunjukkan nilai Thitung > Ttabel (2,724 > 1.985) dan sig < α (0.008 < 0.05). Dengan demikian secara partial variabel harga, keragaman produk dan labelisasi halal dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan hasil secara simultan diperoleh R2 diperoleh 0,496, menandakan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung. With increasing stores and stores in the area of competition causing ritel Tawangsari, Tulungagung is increasingly tight. The owner of a minimarket need trying to keep customers from switching to another place. Similarly, Escalating the amount of food production in Indonesia increases hand in hand with society’s demand. For moslem, the determination of halal food is a matter that cannot be tolerated, so it is needed from government institutions that protect its citizen especially for moslem from non-halal food. In Indonesia there is a Research Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics called LPPOM-MUI. This institution was established to ensure the quality of a halal product in Indonesia. If this institution has given label on the product it means that the product is free from illegitimate substance in Islam Among the consumer into consideration in buying an affordable price, availability of a wide range of quality products as well as the existence of the halal label on the product. Many in jumpainya retail outlets around Tawangsari Tulungagung is what pushes the researchers lifted the title "influence prices, Halal products and Labeling Diversity against the purchasing decision in the Minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung ". The population of this research are consumers in the minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung. Sampling using incidental as much as 100 consumers. Method of data collection through the questionnaire, the analysis techniques in use is multiple regression analysis. Results of the study stated that the prices shows the value of variable Thitung > Ttable (3.376 > 1,985) and sig < α (0.001 < 0.05), variable product diversity indicates the value Thitung > Ttabel (7,007 > 1,985) and sig < α (0000 < 0.05), variable labeling shows the value of halal Thitung > Ttabel (2.724 > 1,985) and sig < α (0.008 < 0.05). Thus in partial variable pricing, product diversity and labeling kosher may affect significantly to purchasing decisions. While the results of simultaneously obtained R2 retrieved 0.496, indicating that all indepen dent variables significantly to influential buying decision at the minimarket DH Mart Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tulungagung.
