English Education Department, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Islamic State Institute of Tulungagung. Advisor: Ida Isnawati, M.Pd. Keywords: Main character, personality, physical appearance, uniqueness, conflicts Character is the term for the people in fiction, the heroes and villains, allies, and enemies, love and interest and comic reliefs. Main character has an important influence and it can provides a lot of inspiration of life. There are several reason why the researcher studied about main character . First, main character in a movie always has the uniqueness, personality, conflict and physical appearance that are interesting to be examining. Second, movie can give inspiration to people especially in the term of solve the conflict, uniqueness, personality and physical appearance The research problems are: 1) What are the personalities shown by the main characters of Cruella movie? 2) What are the physical appearance of main characters? 3) What are the uniqueness of main characters? 4) How is the conflict faced by the main characters of Cruella movie? The research design of this study was content analysis approach. The data of this research was taken by watching and reading the script of the movie. The data of this study were all the dialogues containing personality, physical appearance, uniqueness, and conflict found in the main character. The method of collecting data used in content analysis are problem formulation, media selection or data source, operational definition, data analysis and report preparation (Taufan, 2007). The result of this study there are 1) The personalities of the main character: Cruella has ambitious, genius and smart in design, cunning, courage and cruel personality. While Baroness has evil, ambitious, perfectionist and cruel personality. 2) The physical appearance of Cruella has beautiful, has pale white skin, greenish eyes and always wearing eye-catching eye makeup, she also has different hair colors, black on right side and white on the left side. While Baroness described as a beautiful woman with white and rosy skin, a slender body, green eyes and brown hair, and also wear hat. 3) 3. The uniqueness of Cruella was a genius of fashion design and has an eccentric appearance. 4) The conflicts faced by the main characters is Cruella vs Baroness. The complicated conflict between the two is that the Baroness kills Cruella's mother and Cruella wants to avenge her mother's death. However, at the end of the film, the audience was surprised because the Baroness was actually Cruella's biological mother.
