Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. State Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Advisor: Dr. Nurul Chojimah, M. Pd Keywords: implementation, blended learning, evaluation. The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization is very influential on the world of education. Global demands require the world of education to always adapt technological developments to efforts to improve the quality of education. One of methods that contributed technology to education is blended learning. Blended learning is a combination of face-to-face and online teaching. Blended learning aims to increase independent and active learning by students and reduce the amount of face-to-face time in class. Blended learning does not mean replacing the face-to-face learning model in the classroom, but strengthening the model with the development of educational technology. The statements of the research problem in this study are: (1) How does English teacher of tenth grade at MAN 2 Blitar deliver teaching materials sing blended learning? (2) How does the English teacher evaluate students by using blended learning at the tenth grade students of MAN 2 Blitar? The objective of the study are: (1) To know how does English teacher of tenth grade at MAN 2 Blitar deliver teaching materials using blended learning. (2) To know how does the English teacher evaluate students by using blended learning at the tenth grade students of MAN 2 Blitar. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The researcher collected the data by doing observation, interview, and documentation. The techniques of analyzing data were classifying information concerning the implementation of the blended learning into themes. Based on the data analysis process, the researcher found that the teacher of tenth grade at MAN 2 Blitar delivering teaching materials use three stage, the first stage was seeking information, the second was the acquisition of information and the last was synthesizing of knowledge. Then, for learning evaluation the teacher uses formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Formative evaluation is used when the learning process is still ongoing, such us give daily tests, quiz, individual task, group task and practical assessment. While the summative evaluation is used at the end of learning process and all materials have been delivered, such us mid-term tests and final semester exam.
