Abstract

The dissertation entitled "Social Financial Inclusion Digital-Based and Cooperation-Based in An Effort to Increase competitiveness of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (Multisite Study on BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro" written by Fatkhur Rohman Albanjari with student identification numbers 12602195020 promoted by Prof. Dr. H. Akhyak, M. Ag and Mr. Dr. H. Dede Nurohman, M.Ag. Keywords: Social Financial Inclusion, Digitalization, Cooperation, Competitiveness This study aims to determine digital-based social financial inclusion and cooperation at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (Multisite Study on BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro). In this study, the importance of financial inclusion by applying digital and cooperation so that microfinance institutions have high competitiveness in the era of society. These dissertation research questions: 1) How is the application of digital-based social finance inclusion in BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro?; 2) How is the implementation of social finance inclusion in collaboration with BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro?; 3) How does social finance inclusion seek to improve the competitiveness of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil? This dissertation research uses descriptive-qualitative methods. The data analysis used in the study was by collecting data sources through in-depth interviews and observations via the internet, social media at BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro. Qualitative data analysis techniques in this dissertation research are carried out in stages through data collecting, data reduction, display data, and conclusion. The selection of case studies is based on the management of social institutions in BMT in East Java that have implemented the concept of digitalization and cooperation. Parameters of management of social financial institutions to improve the competitiveness of the reference from Michael Porter (1990). The research findings show that BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro have implemented digital-based social financial inclusion practices. The practice of digital implementation is carried out by using social media in promotions, performance activities and social financial management responsibilities. mobile-BMT is used for infaq fund-raising activities and is used for social fund representation. At BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro, QR-Code or barcode technology is used in collecting BMT Waqf funds. These digitalization activities add to the implementation of social financial inclusion more effectively and efficiently. However, waqf activities at BMT UGT Nusantara do not yet exist. The results of the study confirmed that cooperation activities were also carried out by the two BMT so that social finance could be inclusive. This activity is expected so that social activities can reach all levels of society. The concept of cooperation carried out by BMT includes: Cooperation between fields in BMT, Cooperation with institutions outside BMT, cooperation with local communities / organizations. The results showed that digital-based social finance inclusion and cooperation in this study can increase the competitiveness of BMT. Islamic social finance can have a good impact if it has philanthropic inclusivity. Philanthropic inclusivity is the strengthening of the social finance institutional system to build effective and efficient work operations so that they are integrated. The new findings in this study are that there are 4 integrated philanthropic inclusivity programs in increasing competitiveness in BMT, namely: digital reinformcement, streng act manajement, institutional management, and collaboration capabilities. The four concepts integrate with each other in realizing a competitive BMT and provide access to all levels of society to find out information about BMT.
