This can be seen in the steady increase in the number of students from class VIII B who pass the minimum score by the researcher. In the preliminary study, only 6 students passed test. In cycle I, 8 students passed test and In cycle II increased significantly there were 16 students passed test. The fact that more than half or 94% of the students in class VIII B passed the minimum score in cycle II showed that the flipped classroom method could help students improve their writing recount text. The findings suggested that English teachers should use the flipped classroom method for teach writing. The flipped classroom method is a good way to teach writing in the class.
