Keywords: Kurikulum Merdeka, Aspect of Readiness, Elementary School The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka gives schools more flexibility in implementing the curriculum. Since the implementation is new, the preparation for the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka of course, schools and teachers must prepare well (Rahmadayanti, 2022). Based on these policies, the teachers must have positive readiness so that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka takes place properly and optimally. Readiness is a stage of making some changes and willingness to act better, action is indicator of readiness. The formulation of the research questions was: 1). How is the English Teachers’ readiness in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka in Teaching English at Elementary School in Kediri Regency?, 2). How is the English Teachers’ Factor Influence of readiness in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka in Teaching English at Elementary School in Kediri Regency?. The researcher used a quantitative method with survey research design. The population in this research were the English teachers at Elementary School in Kediri Regency. The sample was 60 English teachers contains 30 English’ teachers in Kras and 30 English’ teachers in Mojo District. Data collection technique carried out through questionnaire. In this research, the researcher used questionnaire open-ended and close-ended questions. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The result showed that most of the teachers gave a positive readiness toward implementing Kurikulum Merdeka in teaching English at Elementary School in Kediri Regency. The mean score of English teachers’ physical readiness were 4.34 score, psychological readiness 4.10 score, material readiness 3.97 score, and technological readiness 3.92 score. Then, the average of the teachers’ readiness was 4.08 score. In addition, the factor influencing English Teachers’ Readiness categories into four types such as factor of physical readiness, psychological readiness, material readiness, and technological readiness. Overall, from the result data of this research, it could be concluded that all of the English teacher’ at Elementary School in Kediri Regency had positive readiness. The suggestion for teachers were should have readiness in all aspect (physical readiness, psychological readiness, material readiness, and technological readiness), teachers need for offline training of Kurikulum Merdeka. The teachers should be conducted of differentiation learning. Then, for future researchers were using interview and observation to know the deep data the aspect of teachers’ readiness.
