Vocabulary development is a skill that students can use to better understand the basic skills of English. Therefore, it is important to explore effective strategies and tools to improve students' vocabulary acquisition. Effective language learning requires appropriate learning media. The formulation of this research is as follows "Is there a significant difference score on students' vocabulary mastery between the group taught with Wordwall.net media and without Wordwall.net media?” and The objectives of the research are to find out the significant difference score on students' vocabulary mastery between the group taught with Wordwall.net media and without Wordwall.net media. The method used in this research is a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research was all class VII students at SMPN 3 Srengat. The sample selection used Purposive sampling and obtained a sample of class VII A as a control class consisting of 32 students and class VII E as an experimental class consisting of 32 students. The instruments used are pre-test and posttest. This research analyzes data using Independent Sample T-test by SPSS Statistic 25.0. The research findings show there is a significant difference score in the vocabulary mastery of students with and without being taught using Wordwall.net media at seventh grade students of SMPN 3 Srengat. This can be seen from the post-test scores between students in the control class and students in the experimental class. In the control class, the lowest score was 20, the highest score was 95 and the average score was 56.41. Meanwhile, the experimental class was much higher with the lowest score of 30, the highest score of 100, and an average score of 69.22. It can be seen that the experimental class taught using Wordwall.net media obtained higher scores than the control class taught using conventional media. Then the assumption test was carried out the value of equal variances Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.003 <0.05, then based on the decision-making rules in the independent t test, the researcher concludes that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that the use of Wordwall.net media is effective on vocabulary mastery of seventh grade students at SMPN 3 Srengat.
