Pd Key Words: Effectiveness, vocabulary, Spinning Wheel Media Vocabulary Mastery is an essential part of language acquisition. If students don’t master vocabulary, they will have difficulty in learning all Language skills. However, there are some issues faced by the students in mastering vocabulary. One way to overcome the issues is by utilizing an effective learning Media that support a learning environment and students' motivation in learning vocabulary, that is Spinning Wheel Media. This study aimed to determine the significant difference of students' vocabulary Mastery before and after being taught with spinning wheel media. The researcher used quantitative research methods, specifically pre-experimental research design, and administered pre-test and post-test to collect data. The population of this research was Eleventh grade students at SMAN 1 Karangrejo and the sample was XI-E SMAN 1 Karangrejo with total 39 students. The result of the data were analyzed using T-test formula with SPSS 26.0 Program to calculate the data. The data analysis revealed the mean of pre-test score was 67.90 and the mean post-test score was 85.33 It showed that there was a significant difference in students’ scores after being taught by using spinning wheel media. The pairedsample test yielded a significant (two-tailed) value of 0.000. Based on the data, the significant value (sig. 2-tailed) was less than the level of significance 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis was not accepted and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. As a result, this study was effective on Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at SMAN 1 Karangrejo
