ABSTRACT Rahmadani, Nila. (17203163188) An Analysis of Educational Value in Finding Nemo Movie. Thesis Department of English Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Institute of Islamic Religion (IAIN) Tulungagung 2020. Advisor: Nany Soengkono Madayani, SS., M.Pd. Keywords: Analysis, Finding Nemo movie, Educational value Movie is one of types in visual communication. It shows the moving pictures that tells a story in a cinema or on television. Finding Nemo movie is an interesting movie also have educational value. In this way, language learning will become more enjoyable because movie is not only as interesting media in learning but also it can be introduced for the people with educational values. The objective of this research was to find out types of educational value in movie and to describe the educational value presented in the movie. The researcher used theory of El Mubarok to analyze the educational value in the movie. This research was descriptive method. In collecting the data, the writer used two sources, those were primary and secondary sources. After analyzing finding nemo movie, this research found nine utterance that contain types of educational value. They were nine educational values in Finding Nemo movie, there were brave, self confidence, honest, sacrifice, love, respect, loyalty, kind and friendly, also not selfish
