Abstract
ABSTRAK Mega Tut Wuri Handayani, 12101173007, Perilaku Hit and Run Konsumen Ditinjau dari Etika Bisnis Islam (Studi Kasus pada Toko Fotocopy Riski Print di Desa Plosokandang Tulungagung), Jurusan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, Fakultas Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum, IAIN Tulungagung, 2021, Pembimbing: Abd. Khair Wattimena, M.H. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Konsumen, Hit and Run, Etika Bisnis Islam Latar belakang penelitian ini adala adanya perilaku hit and run yang dilakukan oleh konsumen terhadap pelaku usaha fotocopy Riski Print yang terletak di Desa Plosokandang Tulungagung. Hit and run sendiri adalah sebutan yang diberikan untuk pembeli atau konsumen yang telah melakukan konfirmasi suatu produk barang ataupun jasa. Tetapi pada waktu yang telah ditentukan, pembeli tersebut tidak mengambil barangnya dan tidak melakukan pembayaran sebagaimana kesepakatan tanpa adanya kejelasan dan konfirmasi apapun kepada pelaku usaha. Tindakan seperti ini jelas merugikan pihak pelaku usaha, karena pelaku usaha sudah kehilangan bahan baku dan waktu dalam proses pengerjaannya, dan hal ini tidak sesuai juga dengan prinsip-prinsip dalam Etika Bisnis Islam. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana praktik perilaku hit and run konsumen di toko fotocopy Riski Print di Desa Plosokandang Tulungagung? 2) Bagaimana tinjauan Etika Bisnis Islam terkait perilaku hit and run konsumen di toko fotocopy Riski Print di Desa Plosokandang Tulungagung? Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan praktik perilaku hit and run konsumen di toko fotocopy Riski Print di Desa Plosokandang Tulungagung. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan tinjauan Etika Bisnis Islam terkait perilaku hit and run konsumen terhadap toko fotocopy Riski Print di Desa Plosokandang Tulungagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Transaksi di toko fotocopy Riski Print dilakukan secara online yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp, dan pembayaran diberikan dikemudian hari pada saat konsumen mengambil barangnya. 2) Setiap satu semester perkuliahan selalu ada 3 hingga 5 konsumen yang bertindak hit and run dan tidak ada itikad baik dari para konsumen. 3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis, konsumen yang bertindak hit and run di toko fotocopy Riski Print tersebut belum memenuhi keseluruhan dari prinsipprisnip yang ada dalam etika bisnis Islam mengenai perilaku konsumen yang baik sesuai dengan syariat Islam, terutama prinsip kejujuran dan tanggung jawab. Etikaxvi bisnis Islam memberikan ketentuan bahwa pelaku bisnis harus mengetahui, memahami, dan juga menjalankan prinsip-prinsip etika dalam berbisnis, seperti tauhid, adil, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab agar semua aktivitas bisnis berjalan baik dan mendapatkan keberkahan dari Allah SWT.xvii ABSTRACK Mega Tut Wuri Handayani, 12101173007, The Behavior Of The Hit And Run Consumer Terms Of Business Ethics Islam (Case Study On the Stores Copy of Riski Print In the Plosokandang Village, Tulungagung Regency), Department of Islamic Economics Law, Faculty of Sharia and Law, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Tulungagung, 2021, Advisor: Abd. Keywords: Consumer behavior, Hit and Run, Business Ethics Islam This research is motivated by the behavior of a hit and run consumer against the offender a Copy of the business Riski Print which is located in the Village of Plosokandang Tulungagung. In a purchase transaction, the offender a copy of the business Riski Printَfacilitate customers to submit files to be printed through the application of Whatsapp, with the purpose to facilitate in workmanship and more save time. However, it may also be used by the buyer or consumer to do cheating with behave hit and run. Hit and run it self is a designation given to prospective buyers who have made the confirmation of a goods or services. But in the time that has been determined, the consumer or buyer does not pick up the goods and do the payment as the agreement in the absence of clarity and confirmation to the businesses. Such action is clearly detrimental to the business, because it is already losing raw materials and time in the process, and it is not in accordance with the business ethics of Islam and Consumer Protection Laws. The focus of research in this research is the practice of the behavior of the hit-and-run consumer ditinjauan of business ethics of Islam with the research questions: 1) How the practice of consumer behavior by means of hit and run on the Stores Copy of Riski Print in Plosokandang Village, Tulungagung? 2) How to review Business Ethics of Islam related to the behavior of the hit and run consumer in the Store Copy of Riski Print in Plosokandang Village, Tulungagung? The purpose of this research is: 1) To determine and explain the practice of the behavior of the hit and run consumer in the Store Copy of Riski Print in the Village Plosokandang Tulungagung. 2) To determine and explain the overview of the Business Ethics of Islam related to the behavior of the hit and run consumer to Store a Copy of Riski Print in Plosokandang Village, Tulungagung. This research method used in this research is qualitative method and the type of field research. Data collection techniques used in this research is thexviii observation, in depth interviews, and documentation. The technique of data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, conclusions drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) All economic transactions has given birth to the rights and obligations of the parties, namely consumers and businesses. The rights and obligations that must be implemented by the parties and should not be detrimental to the other party. In addition, in the conduct of all economic transactions should be in accordance with Islamic shari'ah and should follow the rules that have been there, that one of them is by applying good ethics. Either the consumer or buyer, and businesses. 2) Based on the results of the analysis, a review of Islamic business ethics on customer behavior for photocopying Riski Print business actors, who neglect to take orders hit and run is bad behavior and has no noble character and is prohibited by Allah SWT, because it belongs to the group of hypocrites.
