Nowadays, learning English in Indonesia is not only taught by English teachers in schools but also taught by foreign teachers through online media. It seems that English already has an important place in the educational word, especially for students who are still at the Junior High School level. Therefore, students want to explore their abilities in English by looking for additional media for learning English with Native Speaker through online media. In this case, the researcher found that one of the schools in Karangrejo, Tulungagung had several students at 8th Grade at MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung who did independent learning by using Native English Vlog to help fluency in pronouncing English words in fullfilling the goal of the English learning. This is caused by the lack of attention of the English teacher in the pronunciation learning. The phenomenon that was obtained from the beginning of the investigation conducted by researcher through observation and a few of interviews with some students at MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung saw that they prefer to learn pronunciation using Native English Vlog independently. There are several questions from researcher such as why students prefer Native English Vlog as a medium in learning sound pronunciation, what are the views of students in using Native English Vlog, and what are the students' strategies in learning pronunciation using that media. A provisional opinion from the researcher will make a new theory scientifically if the researcher conducts further scientific research. So, this is interesting to be investigated by researchers. The formulation of the research problem in this study are: 1) how are the students 'perceptions in learning English pronunciation through Native English Vlog at MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung 2) What are the student's strategies in learning English pronunciation through Native English Vlogs at MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung. The purpose of this study are: 1) To understand the perceptions of students in MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung on the use of Native English Vlogs in learning the pronunciation 2) to learn what are the strategies of students in MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung in learning the pronunciation through Native English Vlog. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method to collect and analyze data. The subject of this study is excellent students at 8th grade (A and B) selected during the observation and questionnaire distribution. The instruments used in this study were field notes for observation , interviews and documentation. Here, researcher emphasized on taking the depth data with interviews. Data analysis uses, among others; collecting data, coding, data reduction, building interpretation and presentation of data. The researcher found that most of the 8th grade who were the subjects of the study tended to have positive perceptions of the use of Native English Vlog in learning pronunciation independently. Almost all subjects felt helped by the use of the media. Some students think that Native Teachers in the media can help them learn pronunciation deeply and reduce the effect of mother tongue in English pronunciation when speaking. Based on the findings, it also makes students more interested in learning English independently because the methods used by Native Teachers in the media are unique and not boring. In addition, from the findings, researchers also saw that students tended to use drilling strategies rather than the use of dictionaries and word marking on paper in studying pronunciation independently
