Abstract

Employee performance is a result obtained by employees in completing the tasks and responsibilities given. In increasing performance productivity there are several factors that can influence them, including those related to work culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment. To achieve good performance results, it is necessary to link with Islamic work ethics as a guide in carrying out work activities. This research aims to know the effect of work culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance with an understanding of Islamic work ethics as a moderating variable in the Kediri Impala Bunga Kapas cracker industry. This research approach is quantitative research. The type used is associative analysis. The population in this study amounted to 135 respondents with a saturated sample technique (census).The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, F test, determinant test, and MRA. The results of this research indicate that work culture has a negative and significant effect on the Employee Performance Krupuk Impala Bunga Kapas Kediri Industry, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance Krupuk Impala Bunga Kapas Kediri Industry, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on the Employee Performance Krupuk Impala Bunga Kapas Kediri Industry, and simultaneously work culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the Employee Performance Krupuk Impala Bunga Kapas Kediri Industry. While the results of the moderating variable (MRA) of work culture were tested with the moderating variable of Islamic work ethic which weakens employee performance. Work motivation is tested with the moderating variable of Islamic work ethic which weakens employee performance. And organizational commitment is tested with the moderating variable of Islamic work ethic which weakens employee performance.
