English Education Department. Faaculty Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Advisor: Dr. H. Nursamsu, S.Pd.I., M.Pd. Keywords: E-learning and Implementation. E-learning is a learning system that is used as a tool is a teaching process that is performed without having to came face-to-face with the teachers and the students. E-learning is very useful for students to learning the material because using the technology of E-learning they can be flexible wherever and whenever needed. The statement of research problem is: How is the implementation of E learning to teach English of the second grade students at MAN 2 Nganjuk? The objective of the research is : To describe how is the E-learning to teach English of the second grade students at MAN 2 Nganjuk. Research method: Research design of this study is used qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative design. The research was conduct at MAN 2 Nganjuk. The data obtaines from interviewing and the document of the English teacher of the second grade students at MAN 2 Nganjuk. Interview by 3 subject only the teachers English of the second grade students at MAN 2 Nganjuk. The result of this study, it can be conclde that the E-learning is very useful for the teachers and the students. From the results of the data obtained through interviews with English teachers at MAN 2 Nganjuk the implementation of E learning to teach English, there are: Pre-teaching English using E-learning, while teaching English using E-learning and post -teaching English using E-learning.
