Abstract

ABSTRAK Tesis dengan judul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru, Sertifikasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar” ini ditulis oleh Eny Dwi Lailatul Badriyah, NIM. 2846134054, dibimbing oleh Dr. Ahmad Tanzeh, M.Pd.I selaku pembimbing I dan Dr. H. Zen Amiruddin, M.Si selaku pembimbing II Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Sertifikasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Guru Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena terkait kinerja guru yang kontras dengan kenyataan sebenarnya. Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan kebijakan tentang peningkatan profesional dan kualitas guru sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kualitas kompetensi guru melalui sertifikasi guru. Namun, kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa beberapa guru yang telah terjaring sertifikasi dan telah mendapatkan tunjangan profesi tidak menunjukkan kinerja yang berkualitas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa guru sertifikasi yang juga memiliki kompetensi, namun masih memiliki motivasi kerja rendah yang tercermin dari hasil kinerja guru tersebut. Untuk itu peneliti ingin meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh antara kompetensi guru, sertifikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana deskripsi kompetensi guru, sertifikasi, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar ? (2) Adakah pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar? (3) Adakah pengaruh yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar? (4) Adakah pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar? (5) Adakah pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kompetensi guru, sertifikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar? Tujuan dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi kompetensi guru, sertifikasi, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar. (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kompetensi guru, sertifikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian terletak di MAN Kunir, MAN Tlogo dan MAN Wlingi Kabupaten Blitar. Adapun data yang peneliti dapatkan berasal dari Kepala sekolah, Kesiswaan dan Guru PAI. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang Guru PAI, dengan masing-masing yaitu: MAN Wlingi 10 orang, MAN Tlogo 10 orang dan MAN Kunir 10 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Teknik analisis inferensial dalam tesis ini menggunakan regresi, yaitu regresi linier dan regresi ganda yang diselesaikan dengan SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Setelah peneliti mengadakan uji hipotesis penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil penelitian diantaranya: (1) Kompetensi guru di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sertifikasi guru termasuk dalam kategori sedang, motivasi kerja guru termasuk dalam kategori sedang, kinerja guru termasuk dalam kategori sedang. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar sebesar 26,60%. (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar sebesar 38,40%. (4) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar sebesar 71%. (5) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi guru, sertifikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru rumpun PAI di MAN se-Kabupaten Blitar sebesar 72,40%. The aims in writing this thesis are: (1) To know the description of teacher competence, certification, teachers' motivation and performance clumps of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar. (2) To determine the influence of significant competence of teachers on teacher performance clump of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar. (3) To determine a significant influence on the performance of the teacher certification clumps of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar. (4) To determine the influence of significant motivation to work on teacher performance clump of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar. (5) To determine the influence of significant jointly teacher competence, certification and motivation to work on teacher performance clump of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar. The approach used in this thesis is quantitative. The research location is located in Madrasah Aliyah Kunir, Madrasah Aliyah Tlogo and Madrasah Aliyah Wlingi Blitar. The data comes from the researchers get Principals, Student and Teacher of Islamic Education. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire, observation and documentation. In this study, the sampling using the sampling saturated. The research subjects were 30 Islamic Education Teachers, with each namely: Madrasah Aliyah Wlingi 10, Madrasah Aliyah Tlogo 10 and Madrasah Aliyah Kunir 10 people. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis. Inferential analysis techniques in this thesis using regression, the linear regression and multiple regressions were completed with SPSS 16.00 for Windows. After researchers conduct hypothesis testing study, researchers get the results include: (1) Competence of teachers in State Islamic High School in Blitar in the high category, certification of teachers in the middle category of work motivation of teachers in the middle category, the performance of teachers is included in middle category. (2) There is significant influence of teacher competence on teacher performance clump of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar throughout by 26.60%. (3) There is a significant influence on the performance of teacher certification clumps teacher of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar throughout by 38.40%. (4) There is significant influence teachers' motivation to work on teacher performance clump of Islamic education in State Islamic High School in Blitar throughout by 71%.
